General Terms and Conditions of Sale

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The rental is personal, it is forbidden to sublet or to transfer the pitch to a third party. The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after reception of the deposit and after reception of either the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online. The campsite offers family-oriented holidays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking that is contrary to this principle, or that seeks to divert it. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Before returning the contract, please check availability with the campsite's reservation department.

  • Camping pitch

The basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, access to the sanitary facilities and the reception facilities.

  • Rental

As stated in our brochure and on the website, each accommodation or camping pitch is intended for a specific number of people. For safety and insurance reasons, the maximum number of occupants may not be exceeded. Furthermore, a baby is considered as a person in its own right. The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation. Remember to bring your own sheets, fitted sheets and pillowcases. Animals (dogs, cats, rabbits...) are strictly forbidden in the rentals as well as outside and in the cars. We reserve the right to refuse access to the rental to families arriving with an animal.

In the event of an inaccurate declaration by the client, the present contract will be terminated by right and the sums paid will be retained by the hirer.

The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to persons arriving with a number of participants higher than the proposed package, the capacity of the rented accommodation and if the names do not correspond to the arrival.

  • During your stay

It is the camper's responsibility to take out insurance: the camper is responsible for the surveillance of his personal objects (bicycles, etc...). The campsite declines all responsibility in case of an incident falling under the civil responsibility of the camper.

All guests must comply with the internal regulations. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting him/her.

  • Departure

The accommodation will be returned in a clean and tidy condition, and the inventory will be checked. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, after deduction of the compensation deducted, on the basis of supporting invoices, for any damage noted in the inventory of fixtures on departure. The withholding of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs exceed the amount of the deposit.

- Any request to increase the length of your stay will be carried out according to availability and the current rates.

In the absence of a message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation may be available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and you will consequently lose the benefit of your reservation.

Any stay that is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to your fault will not be reimbursed, whatever the reason.

3. Cancellation by the campsite

In the event of cancellation on our part, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.

4. Cancellation by the camper

Cancellation and interruption of stay insurance is offered, it is optional and payable in addition to the rental price at the same time as the deposit. No refunds will be made without taking out cancellation insurance.

Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing.

If the cancellation occurs :

- More than 30 days before the start of the stay: the deposit will be retained as compensation.

- Less than 30 days before the start date of the stay: 100% of the amount of the stay will be required and no refund will be given.

INTERNAL RULES (extract)

The camper is obliged to respect the campsite rules.

The "parking" area of the rental or the camping site is designed for one vehicle only. All other cars must be parked outside the campsite.

VISITORS: Visitors are required to register on arrival and pay a fee. They must park their car in the car park outside the campsite and report to reception (or the bar if it is closed) on arrival. Dogs and access to the swimming pool are not allowed for safety and insurance reasons. Any abuse by visitors or tenants with visitors may result in eviction.

TRAFFIC: Speed limit is 10 km/h. The gates are closed between 11pm and 7am, all traffic is prohibited during this period.

NOISE: All campers must respect the quiet of the night between 11pm and 7am.

In the event that a client disturbs the stay of other users, does not respect the provisions of the internal regulations or has given false information concerning the occupants of the plot, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the latter to cease the disturbance. In the event of serious or repeated infringement of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the latter may terminate the contract. • Responsibility of the contracting party

The contractual client of the accommodation or pitch (name indicated on the booking form) undertakes to use and to ensure that the persons accompanying him/her use the equipment and facilities of the parks in accordance with their intended purpose and normal use. In particular, he/she undertakes to leave his/her accommodation or pitch in good condition when he/she leaves it at the end of the stay. Any deterioration of the premises, loss or destruction of the furnishings in the caravans or public buildings of the park shall automatically engage the responsibility of the person responsible. The contractual client of an accommodation or pitch is considered to be personally responsible for all damage, loss, deterioration, disturbance or nuisance caused by the persons staying with him or visiting him. The contractual customer of the accommodation or pitch acknowledges having read the campsite rules and regulations and undertakes to respect them and to ensure that they are respected by the persons accompanying or visiting him/her. If a guest disturbs or causes nuisance to other guests or damages the common facilities, the campsite reserves the right to immediately terminate his/her stay without payment of any compensation and without prejudice to any claims for compensation that the campsite and third parties may have against him/her.

The same shall apply if the campsite finds that the accommodation is occupied in an abusive manner (number of occupants exceeding the authorised capacity of the accommodation). The client certifies that he/she has a civil liability contract with his/her insurer covering damage caused to the rented or entrusted property (provide certificate).

  • Responsibility of the campsite

The campsite cannot be held responsible, beyond its legal liability, for

- damage caused or suffered by the vehicles of clients parking and driving on the campsite premises, even if they have been expressly authorised to enter.

In low season, and for reasons linked to the number of visitors, the campsite reserves the right to modify or cancel certain facilities, installations, services or activities planned. For any booking in low season, we advise you to contact the campsite to validate these points.
